Board Selection Process

Other than the County Treasurer-Tax Collector, who is a permanent trustee of the plan, all Board members serve a term of three years.

The second and third Board seats are elected by General members of KCERA.

The fourth, fifth, sixth and ninth Board seats are appointed by the Board of Supervisors.

The seventh and seventh alternate seats are elected by Safety members of KCERA.

The eighth and eighth alternate seats are elected by Retired members of KCERA.
