Retirement Seminars e-Seminar KCERA’s retirement planning seminar is online! Now you will have access to seminar videos and resources anytime. The KCERA e-seminar will enable you to watch the entire seminar or, if your time is limited, individual presentations of your choice. Viewing instructions are provided on the page that opens. New Employee Orientation The Kern County Personnel Department sponsors New Employee Orientation seminars several times each year. KCERA participates in these seminars by offering an informational presentation and providing new employees with a booklet explaining the most important features of the KCERA plan.
