Retirement Board Election Information The November 2009 Board of Retirement election results are in! Jeff Frapwell ran unopposed for the Second Member seat, representing general members, and will serve another three-term term, ending on December 31, 2012. Mark Ratekin was re-elected to the Seventh Member seat by safety members, and Larry Studer was elected as the Seventh Member Alternate by safety members. Mr. Ratekin and Mr. Studer will each serve a three-year term, ending on December 31, 2012. Please join KCERA in congratulating trustees Frapwell, Ratekin and Studer!
