The Kern County Employees' Retirement Association (KCERA) Board of Retirement (Board) is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing a total Fund risk system that will identify, assess, monitor, and report on portfolio risk across the total Fund, and across and within individual asset classes.  The dealine for written questions to KCERA is January 23, 2023.  The deadline for submission of proposal is February 10, 2023.
