Deputy Chief Member Services Officer Cori Rowland 

Ms. Rowland is responsible for the Member Services Division, directing and mentoring the analysts, specialists, and technicians to ensure KCERA provides quality service to its members, beneficiaries, and plan sponsors.

She started her Kern County career in 2013 with the Department of Human Services and earned promotions in several County departments before joining KCERA in 2018 as a Retirement Services Representative. Ms. Rowland continued to advance through the Member Services Division and was promoted to Deputy Chief Member Services Officer in 2026.
