KCERA Investment Analyst I

Under direction, the KCERA Investment Analyst I performs investment research and analysis within the context of the Kern County Employee’s Retirement Association (KCERA) strategic investment initiatives. The KCERA Investment Analyst I reports to the Chief Investment Officer.

The KCERA Investment Analyst I is the entry-level position of the three-level KCERA Investment Analyst series. This series has an emphasis on investment research and analysis at the mid-management level. Incumbents are extensively involved in contributing to the KCERA investment program and work closely with internal and external groups.

KCERA Member Services Technician

The KCERA Member Services Technician is the entry level position in the KCERA Member Services series. Incumbents in this class are expected to work independently and complete duties in the major areas of retirement services administration: active member administration, deferred or deferred reciprocal administration, refunds, deposits, accounts payables, and assisting with service purchases.

KCERA Network Engineer/KCERA Senior Network Engineer

The Network Engineer is responsible for a complex IT environment utilizing principles and techniques which include system support, troubleshooting and resolution of network problems, and managing or coordinating network technology implementations.
