Mrs. Mosqueda is a Human Resources Analyst with the Kern County Human Resources Department, where she leads countywide talent recruitment efforts and supports the design and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Previously, Mrs. Mosqueda served as Administrative Assistant to the Treasurer-Tax Collector, where she served as one of the County’s Deferred Compensation Plan Administrators. In addition, Mrs. Mosqueda’s service on the Deferred Compensation Advisory Committee further enhanced her knowledge of plan governance, fiduciary oversight, and the complexities of public-sector retirement planning.

Mrs. Mosqueda earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from California State University, Bakersfield.
