Ms. Greenwood is responsible for KCERA’s Information Technology Services Division, including the newly implemented pension administration system. Before joining KCERA in 2009, she was a systems analyst for the Kern County Auditor-Controller for six years. From 1985 to 2003, she occupied various IT-related positions in the county system. Ms. Greenwood graduated from California State University, Bakersfield, with a B.S. in Business Administration (Management Information Systems).
