Mr. Rowell is responsible for the development and implementation of KCERA's communications program, including member engagement, education, and stakeholder relations. He leads multiple initiatives designed to support customer service experience efforts and establish mutual priorities with plan sponsors. He creates a wide range of content to inform the members of KCERA and engage stakeholders.
Before joining KCERA in 2023, he worked at Sinclair Broadcast Group. He was the Production Manager for television stations KBAK-CBS and Fox 58 in Bakersfield and KMPH FOX26 and CW59 in Fresno. As a Producer and Brand Manager at Sinclair for over 20 years, he worked on communications projects, creating various marketing and promotions campaigns for the stations designed to reach users on multiple platforms. Jeremy is from Bakersfield and earned a B.A. from Columbia College Hollywood.
