Mr. Henry is responsible for overseeing KCERA’s pension accounting, financial reporting, retirement services, and information technology services. Before joining KCERA, he served as a division chief in the office of the Kern County Auditor-Controller. Early in his career, he served as a controller for a local transportation company. Mr. Henry also spent four years performing governmental audits for a local CPA firm. He has earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from California State University Bakersfield and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
